Here it is everyone THE CHALLENGE! We are coming up on the last month to be outside without having to bundle up. The leaves are about to change color and the air is going to becoming crisp. It is the perfect time to start a one-month challenge. Maybe lose some weight before the eating holidays. haha
My challenge to you is…
To get outside and run, walk, hike, jog, or even ride your bike (we are planning on this one). So what is the challenge? To be outside for 30min or more every day of this month. That’s right nothing to hard take your dog for a walk, walk/jog around the block with your kid’s anything that gets you outside for just 30min to enjoy this month before we are trapped inside for the winter.
If 30 min does not work for you
Then go a distance around a block or a short mile sometimes people don’t like time being stamped to something they want to get it over with as quick as possible, and I don’t want that for you. I want you to enjoy your time outside. Besides if you can go a distance then you can push past it the next day and make this challenge a very beneficial one.
